Excellent base for exploring Surabaya. Exceptional breakfast with local cuisine for all tastes. The rooms with modern decor. Great location for Surabaya, close enough to shopping centre, the main restaurant, and malang. Also, near to Juanda airport.

The staff was friendly and very attentive and around most of the time. The room was modern with a welcome drink and modern decor and a bath and the location was favourable.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were unattentive.

The location is good to far to shopping centre. And it's nestled in a nice building just off nearby mall, airport, and restaurant. The breakfast is served in the restaurant!

The staff were friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities were all provided. The location was also convenient, being quite close to the airport.

Staff were amiable and excellent. The service was friendly and the pool was great. The hotel was in the middle of Surabaya. Also, the venue was situated close to Pasar Lkmk.
